[Dxbase] Kenwood Radios - QSX Split MODE -- it works now!

For anyone who is using a KENWOOD TS450, TS850, TS950,
TS570, or TS870 -- and you have a problem with the
VFOB "not" being set to the proper MODE - when clicking-on
the QSY on a SPOT, which has the QSX (freq) in the remarks
section -- I have modified my TS### Radios.ini coding so
that it NOW sets up the mode for VFOB properly..
If any Kenwood user is currently experiencing the
problem with the MODE setup on VFOB (Split) not being
correct - pse email me and I will send you the
Kenwood (TS-###) modified coding for the Radios.ini
file..
