[Dxbase] Contesting option (new?) suggestion

Since DXB is your main logging program anyway why not just set one of the
flags or make a note to remind yourself post contest. Or set the Send QSL
flag as soon as you work the station. 
It makes no difference in the test that the assigned number to the DX Q will
not be given out or if serial nbrs are being used, just assign serial 000 to
the DX call.
