[Dxbase] More words from Joe WA6AXE about the DXbase Internal CW Keying

To all:
If you are still not able to use the DXbase Internal CW Keying,
I have also found that there are TWO more possibilites to try:
(1) If you have any program like DX-Telnet, Procomm Plus for Windows,
etc ... you can execute that program and have that program ENABLE/OPEN
the Serial Port -- then your DXbase CW Keying will work .. just
be sure and leave the other program active (minimized) while you
are using the DXbase CW Keying ...

(2) If you are NOT using the Serial Port to control your Radio, you
can go into DXbase User Options / Radio 1 TAB .. and checkmark the
"Connect HF Radio 1 Serial Interface" -- this will ENABLE/OPEN the
Serial Port - and you will be able to use the DXbase Internal CW
Keying .. The only thing that you "do not want to do", in this case, is 
to LOG a QSO via the DX Info window (right-click mouse -- Log Current 
Entry). You will HAVE TO log the QSO only from your keyboard..
