[Dxbase] Lessons Learned from the 4O modifications -- Joe WA6AXE

Just a quick note to say that Joe's additional instructions work just fine
for those of us that have a few of the previous YU6 prefixes in the log. I
believe this additional step is only required for those who have logged
stations from Montenegro after the end of June 2006(?).
On and ending thought, from experience, it can not be stress enough that you
must make a copy of both your logbook data and the refdata before starting.
Joe's instructions are accurate and easy to follow, but no matter how
confident you are on a keyboard it only takes one outside distraction to
mess up an entry.
Thanks to everyone,
Eric.
