[Dxbase] DXBase2007 window size and position

I stand corrected. I couldn't find them in the registry. I'll look again. I

The DXbase window screen coordinates are put in the registry. You could 
search for the key "jel". The colors, size, and other stuff are in the 
dxb2007.ini file.
