[Dxbase] Manual entry to the DXCC checkbox in the Award

John,
I cannot reproduce any of what you say. Manually setting/unsetting the
checkboxes in Award, Select, etc.. fields works exactly as it should by
coloring or uncoloring the field. So, don't really know what else to say
about it.
