[Dxbase] Correcting Prefix

I have complained about this for YEARS - John.... and be warned there is a major trickle down that you need to watch for as it
miss-populates a lot of fields. The safest way is to delete the complete entry (ESC) usually works unless you have accepted the
record.

Is there ANY solution to this as it contaminates a LOT of calls if users do not spot that the N. Korea contact being logged when
they make a typo. Such as P5 rather than PY5 and then just edit the call. At minimum you should provide a warning.
