[Dxbase] Next Wish List

Nope, the Summary window updates with the Previous QSO window open. 
However, you must make sure the proper Summary format, HF-COUNTRY, HF-CQ 
ZONE, HF-US STATE, etc. is selected before opening the Previous QSO window. 
If not, you will have to close Previous QSO, select the correct Summary 
window layout and then go back to Previous QSO.
