[Dxbase] QSL card Layout and printing via DXbase

He was talking about printing on his Pre-Made QSL
card.. but, the biggie here is that he wanted to
design with the longest side being left-to-right,
vice the "normal" vertical format.. Mike has already
done his card all ok now..
