[Dxbase] Bouncing emails

I have had a problem for a long time where
for unknown reasons Microsoft Outlook will
send 1-3 messages a day to the "Junk E-mail"
folder. I have not set up any rules for this
so for some reason Outlook thinks the messages
are SPAM.

Emails may be bouncing due to 'spam' s/w. Last two posts I received from 
VE3SY & W9OL, Firefox thought "it was a scam". I'm not sure what the 
trigger is...maybe the 're:', but it wasn't on Bill's msg.
