[Dxbase] DxBase Import Problem

Ed,
This issue pops up from time to time because some contest programs don't 
adhere to the ADIF standard when they export their log to ADIF. There is an 
ADIF field defined for the US State. Not surprisingly, it's called STATE. 
If your ADIF file had that field, then DXbase would use it. If it is not 
present, then we do attempt to figure out the State based on the callsign. 
Although SECTION is a defined field in ADIF standards, the content for this 
field is not defined and thus is not used.
