[Dxbase] St. Barthelemy (FJ) in the Prefix tables

The following setup is an educated guess - as to what the
ARRL "will" in fact do with regards to the probable NEW DXCC
Entity of FJ Saint Barthelemy :
In your Prefix Databases / Primary TAB - go to the
very bottom of that window and enter/add the following:
Prefix: FJ
Country: Saint Barthelemy
LAT: +17.92
LON: +62.83
Deleted: Leave it Blank
Field Check: Checkmarked
Bureau: Checkmarked
CQ: 08
ITU 11
ARRL-ID: 516
Continent: NA
TZDIFF: -0400
Click-on the entry right above this new entry to SAVE
the addition.
NOTE!!!! I gave the new entity a DXCC # of 516 --
this is the next number up from the last one they
issued.. This is an "educated guess on my part" - since
we do NOT have written guidance from the ARRL itself.
Then - go to the Prefix Databases / Alias Map TAB --
search down/find the entry that reads:
Map PFX = FJ
Pri PFX = FS
go to the Pri PFX column of that entry and change
the entry to read:
Pri PFX = FJ
click-on the entry right above/below that entry to
SAVE the change..
There is ONE MORE entry that will have to be made
for this modified entry -- but, until we have the
START DATE, as the ARRL DXCC Desk is calling it,
we can hold off on this one .. It will NOT hurt
anything for right now..
