[Dxbase] Import

Well, aside from the fact that I am jealous of your AK and HI 
contacts in the 160 contest, there is a major difference between the 
ARRL 10 and 160 contests. The 10 uses states and the 160 uses 
sections. For the 160 to populate the state, it needs to translate 
the section to state. I don't think DxBase does that. You can run a 
program on your ADIF file to add the state field to each line based 
on the section. That would be a nice utility which could be written 
in Perl or something like that.
