[Dxbase] DXBase and LoTW QSL at Odds

Ideas anyone?

In the past when I have checked my LoTW count and the DXBase count the QSL
record numbers matched. This evening when I checked my QSL count is as
follows: DXBase = 17252 and LoTW = 17237. As you see the DXB QSL record
count is 15 QSL's higher in number. If it was the other way around I would
simply import everything from LoTW and see what happens, but it looks to me
like nothing would change since DXB shows more LoTW QSL's then ARRL. The
total number of QSO's match in both logs.

I not saying for a moment DXBase is wrong, what I am thinking it is possible
operator error. If it is not operator error is there a way these two logs
can get out of sync on their own? Can LoTW mess up? Is there anyway I can
find out where the errors are using the tools in DXBase?

It would be nice if I could get the two logs to sync once again. Again,
ideas anyone?
