[Dxbase] DXCC selection problem

Wes,
It sounds like you were expecting that when you select 80m and also Phone,
that you would get 80M phone QSOs ????
That's not how it works. 80M award is any mode ... there is no 80M phone
award. And, Phone is phone. So, when you select multiple categories,
chances are that another 5W qso is being selected depending on which award
is processed first... or you already have 5W credited for some other award
submission.
Since our current version is 2007, I really have no way to play around with
the older version you are using.
