[Dxbase] T9 to E7

This brings up something interesting, though. E7 was not issued to 
supplement T9, it was issued to *replace* it. What happens when T9 is 
ultimately re-cycled to someone else? Wouldn't it be better to make 
E7 the new primary and map T9 as an alias, and after the first of the 
year, make T9 as expired?
I admit, I cheated and just added E7 and an alias mapping, but I have 
a feeling that may come back to bite me in the rump if T9 gets 
recycled before next version of the app comes out.
