[Dxbase] just a reminder for those who logged Lighthouses

It took me a while to figure out this anomaly.
If you logged a Lighthouse that you worked by clicking on the cluster spot
it may have added incorrect data to your log.
If the Cluster Spot contained the comment USA-001 or a similar USA-###, it
DXB will interpret that as a IOTA designation and add that to the IOTA field
in your log.
You may get the error message saying that IOTA island is not in your
database IF the number is higher than the known IOTA islands.
But if there is a SA-xxx island, then it will accept it and you may not be
aware of it.
So if you cursor to the IOTA field, and erase the entry, there is still one
more 'gotcha'.
It will still exist in some database index.
Use the Previous QSO's window for that qso and if you scroll to that IOTA
field it will appear.
YOU MUST DELETE THIS INCORRECT ENTRY FROM THE PREVIOUS QSO WINDOW to
completely correct this anomaly.
So far, I've only detected this situation in USA or CAN Lighthouses numbers.
And only if you log the qso by logging from the Internet Cluster of DX Info
windows.
USA is detected as South American island
CAN is detected as Antartic island
There may be other country lighthouses that have similar structure to IOTA
numbers but I didn't work any.
And it has to have a SA or AN number that is in the IOTA database.
