[Dxbase] Wishlist for 2008

I have 132 'not valids'. I've deleted most of them except the ones that 'just maybe will 
provide documentation etc.
All pirate, no documentation, illegal callsigns etc. etc.
Unfortunately...some of those are Yemen, and other 'entities' that were ruled ineligible 
due to the op really being in a motel room in Hawaii instead of the reef he said he was 
at. hihi
