[Dxbase] XMIT Power

Well folks I tried this last night and it did the same thing for me.
If I put 1001 into the XMIT power it would still put in 100 watts.
BUT strange as it may seem I did it today and guess what. I can put
whatever I want into XMIT power in log defaults and it stays. I have
4 different records now and all four are different. I have 501, 1001,
401 and even 777 and all 4 remain there. The ONLY thing I can
attribute this to is I have rebooted but I certainly did NOT do that
between each change in Log Defaults.
Weird I know but it is now working here. :)
