[Dxbase] DXbasePSK 2.0 program is now available for DXbase2007

 Thanks again to Joe for a JOB WELL DONE. This version totally
resolves the issue I had on not being able to DISABLE the AFC. The
installation went with NO PROBLEMS also. The option of being
able to use it for PSK63 is another plus. Great job Joe !!
