LoTW is the easiest way (awards, tab, and go from there).
Failing that, look at the last tally sheet you got from the League
with X's in appropriate bands/modes.

In the Summary window type VK in the search box and the
worked/confirmed matrix will come up. select 30 CW (or 30 RTTY, as
the case may be). That will bring up the Previous QSOs box. Look
for the Award box. If it's green, DX Base thinks it's been submitted.

Just go to the SELECT field for any VK on 30 that's confirmed, click
it, and tick off DXCC. It will be included in your next DXCC submission.
