[Dxbase] Adding Manager to QSL info

When was the last time you ran the DXB Utility to compact your database? If 
not done periodically, Access databases can fill up with all kinds of dead 
wood junk. That may be causing the maximum size message. Be sure to make a 
back up of your db before doing the compaction. Also make a note of the 
before and after file size to see how much file space is recovered during by 
compactung the db.
