[Dxbase] Newer version of the: First QSO with each entity - All/Band/Mode -- Joe WA6AXE

To all:
I have modified the original report to include the selection
choices of:
All;
each band separately;
each mode separately;
combinations of similiar modes such as (All Phone, RTTY and Digital)
This modification gives the user a multitude of choices to display!!
And, provide full flexibility to the user..
All is the default selection.
Again - no matter what you select, your report will show the
relevant QSO's in "chronological DATE order".
If anyone wants the report file and Rptdesc.ini words via email,
please reply to this email.
