[Dxbase] record load time

I really can't see why slowing down your connection to the radio
could speed up your logging unless something is wrong in your
radios.ini file. I run my IC-706MKIIG at 19200 and
my Kenwood TS-2000 at 57600.

Many thanks to all that responded. Problem solved . I have an Icom 756pro2
connected and had the baudrate set at 4800. reduced the baudrate to 1200 and
the load time went to 1 sec as you all said it should be. 73 and thanks art
