[Dxbase] record load time

Since I see you are running the 756Pro2
I bet you can lower the pacing from 5 to 1
and change all the eoc(100) to eoc(1) and
you will get more faster, HI. As I said before
Make a copy of your radios.ini file and store it somewhere safe before you
start
editing so IF you should mess something up you can always copy it back

Subject: RE: [Dxbase] record load time
I am using my IC-706MKIIG right now with almost instantaneous logging.
Below is the part of the radios.ini file that I had to change to
get the control speed up to par. I changed the pacing from 50 down to 1
and all the eoc(***) where * equals a number (mostly 150 and 250) down to
eoc(1),
some that were at 0 were left at 0.
This really makes a difference in how fast DXBase reads and sets the radio.
I am sure these numbers could be changed to lower values for other radios to
speed up the control. You just have to experiment to see how far down you
can
go with the numbers.
Make a copy of your radios.ini file and store it somewhere safe before you
start
editing so IF you should mess something up you can always copy it back.
