In the November copy of CQ Magazine (page 98) they say the following is required to apply for a worked all counties award
"All we ask is that the printout contain, as a minimum, the state, county, callsign, city/town/mobile, band, and 
mode for each contact in alphabetic order by state and county. The date and signal report are not required"
My question is: Can such a report be generated by DXBase as one complete report?
