[Dxbase] adif to cabrillo

I have imported various .adif files that the stations I qsl manage sent me into Writelog, 
and then used Writelog to generate the cabrillo file.
You could use DXB to create the .adif file and then use that in Writelog.
But I don't think I've ever seen a straight adif>cabrillo file.
you may want to ask this on contesting reflector.
