To all:
For anyone who has tried to DX Atlas "pins" generating reports,
I have made a unique "bmp" photo file for use with DX Atlas.
Background:
Alex, the author of DX Atlas, has given us some fairly decent
flexibility within his program. The "pins" that we are used
to seeing - as "defaulted" within the DX Atlas program. BUT,
very nicely, Alex has given us the ability to "over-ride" the
"defaulted pins" with our own pins or really whatever we
want to use in place of the "pins".
When I had made the DX Atlas "pin" report(s), I really wasn't
too happy with the way that the defaulted PINs covered-up the
Entity PFX, or even the IOTA Ref Number, etc ... I have been
playing around with trying anything and everything I could
think of that could "replace" the defaulted-pins with something
that would give us the colored icon(s) that would signify the
status of the Entity, or Grid, or now IOTA.
I have come up with something that is the ONLY icon that I have
been able to make that "doesn't cover-up" the Labels.
The photo file is a "very small" BMP formatted photo file.
I have placed an EXAMPLE screenshot of how the NEW pins.bmp
file looks with the colored "FLAGS" - top screenshot -- as
compared to the colored "PINS" - bottom screenshot. In the
screenshot, I wanted to show "how" the Labels (by using FLAGS)
is now very readable.
The screenshot can be seen at my website at:

If anyone would like to use the new pins.bmp file, pse
just "reply" to this email -- I will send you the pins.bmp
file with all of the necessary instructions -- very simple.
