[Dxbase] Output / Awards / DXCC question

Hello,

I looked at the Help file and searched a bit in the reflector archives but I 
am still puzzled by the following behavior for the Cards - LoTW - Both 
confirmation option under Select Records From:
- if "Cards only" is selected, the worksheet report lists Cards plus Both 
(meaning Card + LoTW)
- if "LoTW only" is selected, the worksheet report lists LoTW plus Both 
(meaning LoTW + Card).

To my way of thinking "only" means either all Cards or all LoTW, not Both. 
What am I missing?
