[Dxbase] Strange LoTW QSL behavior

Never seen that Ed.
I upload weekly.
Check to see if the correct callsign is entered into the Opr Call field of your log.
And check you Wizard that by happenstance you didn't click on some filter box that may be
effecting the qso selection.
I've done that in the past and not noticed it.
