[Dxbase] grid square format

never noticed it before the grid square format discussion the other day.
Just looked at one of my LoTW qsls on the LoTW site.
It was from YL9T
and the grid square was formatted with the last two characters in lower case.

Even an old fart like me can learn something new......
Can't remember it more than 6 hours..but at least I learned it...
