[Dxbase] Updated DX Atlas IOTA "pins" file is available

To all:
I have posted a NEW ZIP file to my website for the
DX Atlas IOTA Map "Pins" report.. also, included in the
ZIP file is the NEW version of the islandsIOTAdxbase.lst
file (which DX Atlas can use to SEE the IOTA Ref #'s listed).
Included in the NEW files is the newest of the IOTA
Ref #'s that came out today from G3KMA -- over the weekend,
The /XF2 IOTA dx-ped(s) worked from the Tamaulipas State Group
-- and G3KMA has given that IOTA group the Ref # of NA-246
(Provisional).
IOTA = NA246
LAT = +24.2
LON = +97.5
IOTA Name = Tamaulipas State group
The Other recently given Ref # is OC-295:
IOTA = OC295
LAT = +4.17
LON = -117.8
IOTA Name = Sebatik Island
Passing the above along as FYI ...
