[Dxbase] re adding Swains

I also mapped the callsign KH8SI which was used on Swains recently.
I mapped in primarily to KH8S and then in Old 1 prefix mapped it to 
KH8 and put in old 1 date as 2006年07月23日.
Why do it this way - this way ensures that if this call is already in 
your log as a KH8 it is mapped correctly should you ever reinitialize 
your prefix database. It only takes one improper shut down to ruin 
your day and mess up your stats somewhere down the road so to speak.
