[Dxbase] Computer Crash-Need Assistance

I am attempting to transfer my DXBase 2006 files to another computer 
following a hard disk failure. I have backed up the K4XG.mdb file to both a Jump 
Drive and CD. The following is the error message I get using either backup 
when trying to import the K4XG.mdb into the new computer.

"The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file M:\K4XG.mdb. It is 
already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view 
its data."

I think this has been discussed before but I was unable to locate the thread 
in the DXBase archives.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
