[Dxbase] Curious Reboot Problem

Hello All.
I am experiencing a curious error which causes a reboot of my computer.
I have a new AMD 64 machine - Windows XP Home, SP2, and a new install of
DXB2006.
DXBase and the computer work perfectly. It even talks to my TNC with a
USB to Serial cable just fine.
The problem I am experiencing is specific to DXBase and affects no other
programs.
When I am connected to the Cluster - VHF or Internet - and my computer
"goes to sleep", on wakeup if I try to do anything in DXBase, it causes
my computer to reboot. It is a full reboot...black screen, welcome
screen, back to startup programs, etc.
The Computer then tells me I have experienced a serious error and asks if
I would like to send a report to Microsoft?
After sending the "error message" to Microsoft, here is the response I
get (automated - no solution):
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------
Error caused by a device driver
Thank you for sending an error report to Microsoft.
Error report summary
Error type:Windows stop error (A message appears on a blue screen with
error code information)
Solution available?:No (see Next steps)
What does this error mean?:Windows has encountered an error from which it
cannot recover and needs to restart
Cause:Unknown device driver
Computer symptoms:A message appears on a blue screen with error code
information (for example: e.g. 0x0000001E, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED)
Additional steps for you to take:Important: Please continue to send error
reports so analysts at Microsoft can study and try to correct the problem
as quickly as possible
Information about this error
You received this message because a device driver installed on your
computer caused the Windows operating system to stop unexpectedly. This
type of error is referred to as a "stop error." A stop error requires you
to restart your computer.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------
I know I can disable the "sleep" mode, but prefer not to do so. The
problem is not isolated. It occurs EVERY time my machine goes to screen
saver.
I also know there is a "patch" for Win2000. Is there one for XP Home?
Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas?
Thanks,
Joe T. W5UA
