[Dxbase] LoTW flag in QSLs Suggestion and Question

It's NOT the CONFIRM column I am faced with fixing, it is the QSLs field
I have tried your method already however the Edit/Replace only works when a
single record is selected. I am unable to make it work when highlighting
all records in the QSLs colum. (This is the column with a pull down choice)
