OK I am beat ! The RAC files have been placed in the C:\data file as noted
in the RAC help section. Under user options C: \ RAC!. No new dlls
that I can find. I have also tried : \RAC\ /RAC/ \DATA\ and /DATA/. The
syntax is :C:\RAC\Callbook.exe.
About to throw in the towel.

Mike,
There is no need to "guess" at what the entries should be. They are very
specific in the help file and if followed, seem to always work. Therefore,
I won't retype them here but you can read them yourself in the following
areas of the DXbase 2007 help file.
1. You must place the RAC data files on the hard drive exactly as described
here in the DXbase help file:
External Program Interfaces
Address CD Roms
CD's on your Hard Drive
scroll to section of the page with RAC as the heading
2. You must set user options as follows:
Options
User Options
User Directory Options
