[Dxbase] Dx Info Window is not getting Spots all of a sudden

Tony,
The difference is that one cluster software returns the results of a sh/dx 
in DX spot format thus it is recognized as a spot and is handled as if it 
was a spot. The other cluster doesn't return the format as a DX spot and 
thus is not recognized as a DX spot.
