[Dxbase] Printing QSL Info Directly on the Card

There is an existing design supplied with DXBase2007 that perhaps you
could use. It's called CardBack_9Q_Black_centered.crd and there are a
number of variations. The prints 9 Q's on the back of an existing card
design, there is also a 20 Q version.
