[Dxbase] Printing QSL Info Directly on the Card

Guys
Interesting, I had also been thinking about this today while sticking labels
on cards! Its got to be easier to print direct on the cards!
My question is how thick/heavy are your QSL cards and what printers do you
use?
I cant see my cards going through my HP printer that curves the paper around
bewteen taking it in blank and throwing it out printed?
Any recomendations on printers would be useful
