No. W9OL is in Chicago so he obviously meant zero degrees F, which is
+256 degrees Kelvin. Twice as cold means half as warm, so tomorrow it
would be around +128K, or something like 198 below zero F. Brrr....

Well, if it zero degrees F that equates to about -18C. If tomorrow is
twice 
as cold as today that will be -36C, or about -33F. Whichever scale
you're 
using, don't stick your tongue on the metal flag pole!
