[Dxbase] Refinements...

I also use the VE7CC software and keep it connected to
KS4Q-1 which is Ernie's CC-cluster and I just can't say
enough good about the software.
It has soooooo many filter options and if you don't see
what you want just an email to VE7CC will usually get you
what you want and it doesn't take a year or month to get
it either. The program is constantly being updated. Some
folks even complain about having to upgrade so often (I
can't really understand). You can download the program at
the link below.

There is also a user group at Yahoo Groups where you can
get plenty of help, should you need to.

I'm just curious, why do you 'check' and 'uncheck'.
Is it to prevent spots from sounding alarms/populating the windows during
daylight hours when there is no chance of hearing the stations?
If so, you may be interested in a cluster software called ARUser (and
sometimes called CCUser).
It has vrey very good cluster spot filtering that could be used to eliminate
undesirable cluster spots along with undesirable ann/full messages etc.
Plus a lot more features.
It's free and available at http://www.bcdxc.org/ve7cc/default.htm#prog
CCUser doesn't have a specific 'Time' filter, but that may be a good
feature.
