[Dxbase] Odd Problem with the DXBase Utility Program

The Row of Icons in the Dxbutility properly show in all 3 of my machines.
Apparently the install hit a bump in the road or some setting on you video system is 
causing the display problem.
If you click anywhere in that area where the icons should be displayed, does the various 
utility begin?
I would try various 'display resolutions' to see if that helps.
