[Dxbase] new dxcc prefix update procedure

Help: 
 Last week was very successful for me. I managed to log qso's on most bands for the two new dxcc countries. I had updated my prefix database using the procedure Joe provided and had no problems. Unfortunately, this morning my computer mainboard failed and all was lost except for an off line backup of the whole system which had been done last Thursday. I have been able to reestablish all qso data . However, I have not been able to reestablish the updated prefix database so must update again. I CAN'T FIND THE PROCEDURE JOE POSTED. If someone could repost the procedure or send it to me direct, I would be most grateful.
