[Dxbase] Lock Row Height Won't

 I'm using DXb 2005. I cannot get the row height to lock on my preferred 
height from one session to the next. I set the height and click "Lock Row 
Height" . If I close DXb and reopen it, it reverts to the default height but 
the "Lock Row Height" is still checked.
 Do any of you gentlemen and ladies have any suggestions? Many thanks for 
any help you can give.
