[Dxbase] DXbase and LoTW not in Sync

 I don't know if this has anything to do with Eric's problem but it needs
to be known.
 Anytime a log is sent to LoTW again - (some people are UPLOADING their
entire log when they update LoTW) - a correction in your log for a MODE will
DUPLICATE that QSO in LoTW.
For example: In LoTW I have several QSOs originally listed as RTTY. They
were corrected in DXB2006 as DIGITAL/PSK31 or whatever. Now LoTW has
DUPLICATE QSOs except for the MODE. ARRL is aware that this happens but
unless the other station has done the same thing there is no match so they
don't seem to be concerned.
