I do exactly what you wish to do.
I manage one active and 10 inactive stations.
I have a separate log for each station and just choose that log during startup when DXB 
asks which log you wish to open.
You probably have a .reg file from Jack for your personal callsigns.
You must request a new .reg file that has you callsigns plus the callsign of the station 
you will manage. (a .reg file can only contain 10 callsigns, so if you have more than that 
as I do...you need two .reg files.)
When you receive it...run the .reg file
Then make a copy of the default.mdb file and rename it to the callsign of the station and 
save it.
(make sure you remove the sample qso with Jack)
Then enter the stations logs via .adi or whatever he sends you.
HINT: make sure the callsign of the station is in the Operator Field after 
importing.....during the import make sure you specify the callsign in both the QSOs for 
these OPR calls and the Default Oper Call windows.
