[Dxbase] SSTV Numeric stats and QSO listing

All SSTV oprs,
I have made a new report that is for the DXbase SSTV
operator. This report lists the SSTV entity QSOs per Band
and then gives a "by band" statistical summary at the
end of the report. The stats summary will look similar
to the HF Numeric Stats we already have in DXbase - BUT,
it will be ONLY for SSTV.
