[Dxbase] Jims internet problem

Boy it's been a long time since I used a landline/modem but I vaguely remember that 
happening to me.
It's not the loosing the connection, it's the modem still thinks it's connected as it 
never saw the command to close down.
What happens is the telephone connection is disrupted, the modem stops sending/receiving 
commands but DXBase still thinks it's connected and can't reinitialize the modem to accept 
another reconnect command.
That's why he must restart DXB.
I think, if Jim looks at his modem in the MS Telnet program, he may find the 'reinitialize 
command sequence and use that to recycle the modem.
But it's been so long since I did anything with a landline modem I can't remember the 
commands.
