[Dxbase] dxbase2006.exe process hanging after import

I get this quite often, not yet been able to predict when it happens
or what causes it. I know its nothing to do with the DXbase Utility
though.
Its nothing to do with DXBase closing abnormally either.
2005 NEVER behaved this way!.
